TALENT SEARCH-IDENTIFICATION
The Kozsán TalentWorkshop’s activities span a wide spectrum. Its kaleidoscope-like structure and flexibility mean that talent search-identification is just as much a goal as the development of children requiring special attention. Within this topic, both the identification of the strengths and weaknesses of potential and/or already unfolded talents, and the expansion of the learning-methodology toolkit for children struggling with learning difficulties or progressing more slowly, are equally present. Besides the talents already uncovered, bringing hidden talents to the surface and reinforcing them is one of our key tasks. We use pedagogical assessment tools for learning methodology and talent diagnostics (building on Dr. Mária Dávid’s assessment series, we work with questionnaires adapted to age-specific characteristics). In other processes, based on Renzulli’s revolving door model, anyone can take part in the development processes and get to know our work upon request.
