A Letter to Children

Dear Children!

It is a big task for both you and us to be able to work together effectively over the internet.

As a reminder, we have gathered a few thoughts on how this could best be achieved going forward, given the circumstances.

Here is a little study methodology reminder:

Step 0. Start the day on time! Drink two large glasses of water, have a proper breakfast! (Your brain needs carbohydrates, don’t forget!)

  1. Make a weekly/daily schedule with your parents, noting hour by hour which subjects you will work on and when.

  1. If possible, start with the subject that is difficult for you, planning it for your usual school time, because that is what you are used to, so your brain is most receptive at that time!

  1. Let the harder subject be followed by an easier one, so you don’t get too tired!

  1. Get up and move around for at least 15 minutes every hour, so you can stay fresh!

  1. The alternation between hard and easy can be planned even for a whole week, so you can keep up your momentum!

  1. Spend a moderate amount of time on computer/mobile games!

a, Read instead, because don’t forget, you have recommended and required reading!

b, You can refresh your knowledge of study methodology on the following platform:

  1. Tell your parents what you worked on today, and how successful you were in this activity!

Don’t forget, we are working together with you too, because we share the same goal!

We wish you happy studying!
